Booking Fee
- Securing Your Appointment: To secure an appointment made over email or phone, a 25% booking fee is required. This fee is non-refundable and can be paid over the phone.
- Holding Appointments: Appointments can be held for 12 hours without a booking fee. If the booking fee is not paid within this time, the appointment will be automatically deleted.
- Deduction: Booking fees are deducted from the total cost of your services in the salon.
No Shows / Cancellations
- Reminders: We send a confirmation email 5 days prior and a text message 2 days before your appointment. Please confirm your appointment within 24 hours to avoid cancellation.
- Cancellation Policy: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, you will forfeit your booking fee as a cancellation fee.
- Drastic Changes: Significant changes to your appointment, such as altering from a long colour service to a haircut, will be treated as a cancellation due to the impact on scheduling for other clients.
- Understanding: Late cancellations and no-shows result in a loss of business for us, and we appreciate your understanding.
Pricing
- Tiered Pricing: Our salon operates on a tiered pricing system based on the stylist you see. Quotes for services are provided during your initial consultation.
- Website Prices: Prices listed on our website are estimates and may vary depending on your hair length and thickness. Extra product may be required.
- Transparency: We are committed to transparent pricing. Feel free to ask any questions regarding costs.
Solo Artists
- Pricing: Many of our team members operate their own businesses, and their pricing reflects their individual business models and structures. As such, Full Spectrum Collective does not influence or set the prices for these solo artists. Each artist’s rates are set according to their own pricing strategy and business considerations. If you have any questions about the cost of services with a specific artist, please inquire directly with them during your consultation.
Little Ones
- Responsibility: To maintain a professional and relaxed atmosphere, please supervise your children at all times. Their safety is paramount.
Personal Items
- Responsibility: Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for any lost items, so avoid bringing valuable items like expensive jewelry.
Arrival Time
- Punctuality: Please arrive on time or 5 minutes early to your appointment to allow for parking and settling in.
- Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may result in a reduced service time or the need to reschedule. If you're running late, contact us so we can try to accommodate you.
- Timely Appointments: Appointments must end on time to avoid inconvenience for our next client.
Adjustments
- Post-Appointment: If you are not satisfied with your hair, contact us within 7 days of your appointment to schedule a consultation with a stylist. Adjustments must be completed within 14 days of the original appointment.
- Change of Mind: Please note that adjustments do not cover changes of mind.
Mind Your Manners
- Safe Space: We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all clients and team members.
- Behavior: Inappropriate or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. Clients who display such behavior may be refused service and asked to leave.
- Safety: If you feel unsafe at any time, please inform us so we can offer a solution for you.
