Booking fee

All clients must pay a 15% booking fee to secure any appointment made over email or phone that is more than 1hr long. This booking fee can be made over the phone and is non refundable.

Please note when re booking in salon for future appointments, a 15% booking fee will not be necessary to secure that next appointment.

Appointments can be held for 12 hours without a booking fee, if a booking fee is not made within that time the appointment will be deleted.

Booking fees are then deducted from the total of your services in salon. 


No shows / cancellations

We send a confirmation text message two days prior to your appointment as a friendly reminder. If appointments are not confirmed within 24hours, we will have to cancel your services to make availability for another client.
Clients who give less than 24 hours notice when cancelling appointment will unfortunately lose their booking fee as a cancellation fee.

This also applies to drastic changes to your appointment, for example if you are booked in to get a long colour services and change your mind to get a haircut then it will be treated as a cancellation due to another client missing out on a potential appointment. 

We appreciate your understanding that late cancellations/ ‘no shows’ are a loss of business for us


As we have tiered pricing within the salon, the services do alter in costs depending on which stylist you see. All stylists will provide a quote for your services during your consultation at the beginning of your initial appointment, however if you are unsure please always ask.

Please be aware that prices on our website are an estimate only. Extra product may be needed for longer/thicker hair.

We are always highly transparent with our pricing, so if you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask

Little ones

As a courtesy to other salon guests, and in our efforts to offer a chilled out  and professional atmosphere we ask that you are aware that it is your responsibility to watch your children at all times whilst in the salon. This is also in the best interests of their safety.

Personal items

Please note that personal items are the responsibility of the client at all times. We do not accept responsibility for any lost items in the salon. Don’t wear those expensive earrings to the salon - not worth it! 

Arrival time

Please arrive on time (if not 5 mins early) to your scheduled appointment to allow time for parking and getting settled in the salon.

Late arrivals will result in your allocated time being reduced, or we may not be able to honour your appointment in the time remaining.

Traffic can be a night mare, or parking not ideal, if this is the case, we just ask that you contact us if you are running late so that we can try to accommodate you.

Please note that appointments must finish on time not to inconvenience our next client. 



If you don't love your hair after your appointment with us, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment to organise a time for you to come in for a consultation with one one of our stylists. Adjustments must be done within 14 days of your original appointment. Please don't be afraid to contact us, we want you to be happy and love your hair! This does not include change of mind. 

Mind your manners

We pride ourselves at Full Spectrum Collective to provide a safe, inclusive, non restrictive or biased space to make every individual feel special.

If anyone is inappropriate or aggressive to any of our team you may be refused services and asked to leave.

We love all our FS babes and their safety is our priority.

If at any point you may feel unsafe, please let us know and we can offer our private area for your service.
