IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

Prior to your appointment we may ask that you come into the salon for a “Consultation”. 
 ​In this 15 minute appointment we will get to know you a little better, we will ask things like;
  • Previous colour history
  • Products used at home
  • We may do a test strand to guarantee your results
  • Treatment plan for optimum results 
This is super important if you are wanting a big change or a bit unsure of what you exactly need. Hair isn’t just a “colour + cut” anymore and with such an array of techniques we need to make sure we allocate the right amount of time for your service. 
If you are unable to make it into the salon prior to your appointment we may ask for some photos of your current hair in sunlight and 2-3 photos of your hair goals via email. Your consultation will then be booked 15 minutes prior to your colour appointment on the day. 

This may seem over the top! But ensures that you won’t be disappointed on the day of your appointment and makes it a stress free day for all! 

For all guests a 25% booking fee is taken to secure your future appointment this is redeemed against your final bill at the end of your service.

We always welcome you in for a quote prior to any booking, ensuring we can work out the best plan within your budget. 

All prices are starting from our "Queen Stylist" pricing there may be a different option available on the date of your booking. Please don't hesitate to ask while making your enquiry.
